Le GIEC lance un appel à candidatures pour des experts chargés d'examiner le rapport spécial sur le changement climatique et les villes
[FR] Le Groupe d'experts intergouvernemental sur l'évolution du climat (GIEC) a ouvert les inscriptions pour les experts souhaitant participer en tant que réviseurs experts au premier projet de rapport (FOD) du rapport spécial sur le changement climatique et les villes.
Prévu pour mars 2027, le Rapport spécial sur les changements climatiques et les villes sera le premier rapport du GIEC publié dans le cadre du septième cycle d'évaluation. Il s'agit également du seul rapport spécial du cycle actuel. Ce rapport vise à fournir une évaluation actualisée des dernières données scientifiques relatives aux changements climatiques et aux villes, notamment les impacts et les risques climatiques, ainsi que les options d'adaptation et d'atténuation.
Cet examen est la première occasion pour les experts de se pencher sur le projet de texte du rapport spécial. Tous les commentaires soumis par les experts ou les gouvernements sont pris en compte par les auteurs. Les commentaires et les réponses des auteurs, ainsi que les projets, sont publiés après la finalisation du rapport.
Les experts intéressés peuvent s'inscrire ici pour participer à l'examen. Les inscriptions des experts seront clôturées le 30 novembre 2025.
Le FOD du rapport spécial du GIEC sur le changement climatique et les villes est disponible pour examen par les experts du 17 octobre au 12 décembre 2025.

IPCC calls for expert reviewers of the Special Report on Climate Change and Cities
[EN] The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has opened the registration for experts to serve as Expert Reviewers on the First-Order Draft (FOD) of the Special Report on Climate Change and Cities.
Scheduled for release in March 2027, the Special Report on Climate Change and Cities will be the first IPCC report published in the seventh assessment cycle. It is also the only special report in the current cycle. The report aims to provide a timely assessment of the latest science related to climate change and cities, including climate impacts and risks, as well as adaptation and mitigation options.
This review is the first opportunity for experts to engage with the draft text of the Special Report. All review comments submitted by experts or governments are addressed by the authors. The comments and the author responses, together with the drafts, are published after the report is finalised.
Interested experts can register for participation in the review here. The registration of experts closes on 30 November 2025.
