In compliance with article 18 "Administrative cooperation and exchange of information" of the WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) Directive 2012/19/EU, EWEN (European WEEE Enforcement Network) elaborated a standardized complaint form to report producers of electrical or electronic equipment that are either not or not correctly registered to the competent national authority, where the producer has his establishment.
