Access on the CBAM Registry

Before accessing the CBAM Registry, it is necessary to designate a responsible person who will be granted the access rights required to carry out procedures in the CBAM Registry. The designated person may apply for authorised CBAM declarant status with the Environment Agency (AEV) via the Authorisation Management Module (AMM).

To access the Registry, please follow the steps below

4. Please follow this guide to create the required UID, or to carry out the delegation between the primary access and employee access:  (FR) (DE) (EN) 

As a first step, please send the completed form for verification to the following email address: CBAM@aev.etat.lu, together with a certificate signed by your line manager. If your name appears on the RCS extract, a certificate is not required. Once validated, your account will be created, and you may send the documents to the following address:
