Before accessing the CBAM Registry, it is necessary to designate a responsible person who will be granted the access rights required to carry out procedures in the CBAM Registry. The designated person may apply for authorised CBAM declarant status with the Environment Agency (AEV) via the Authorisation Management Module (AMM).
To access the Registry, please follow the steps below
- If you do not yet have an EORI number: Complete the Numéro EORI - Commerce international - Douanes - Luxembourg on the Customs and Excise portal.
- Complete the Registry access application form: (FR) (DE) (EN)
- If you wish to add more than one person to your account, please use the following form: (FR) (DE) (EN)
- Please follow this guide to create the required UID, or to carry out the delegation between the primary access and employee access: (FR) (DE) (EN)
As a first step, please send the completed form for verification to the following email address:
